Refund policy

At Clothing Dioxide, we offer a 14-day return policy; which means you have 14-days after purchase, to request a return.

Returned items must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging.

Accepted returns: We will advise how to return your package. Items sent back without approved return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Start the return process as above and request exchange for a specific item.

Refunds
Refunds will be confirmed on receipt of returned item.
Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
