Welcome to Clothing Dioxide. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Clothing Dioxide. We operate this website and online store to provide you with access to our products and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to purchases made by consumers in the United Kingdom.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Using Our Services

To place an order, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email, delivery address and payment details. You must ensure this information is accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

3. Our Products

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device settings.

All product descriptions and prices may change at any time. We may limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

All products are intended for personal use only and are not sold for resale.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we send that confirmation.

If we are unable to accept your order (for example, due to stock limits, pricing errors, or payment issues) we will contact you and issue a refund if necessary.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

You agree that:

• You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

• All information you provide is accurate and up to date.

• Your payment provider will honour any charges.

From time to time, we may run promotions or discounts. If promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will apply.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk does not pass to you until the goods are physically delivered to you (or a person nominated by you).
If goods arrive damaged or lost in transit, we will replace or refund them.

Please check your delivery address is correct when ordering. We cannot correct addresses once an order has been dispatched.

7. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your items to cancel your order for any reason.

To cancel, contact us stating your order number.

You then have 14 days to return the goods. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

You are responsible for return postage unless advised.

This right does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if your item is faulty or not as described.
Please contact us with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, artwork, graphics, text and content remain the property of Clothing Dioxide. You may not reproduce, copy, sell or exploit any part of the Services or products without our written permission.

10. Feedback & Reviews

If you submit reviews, images or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content for promotional and marketing purposes. You confirm you own the rights to any content you submit.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Losses not caused by our breach.
Business losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
